I’ve led and managed in a variety of industries and for many well-known companies. 

As a leadership coach for over 25 years, I’ve attended hundreds of leadership training courses, weekend overnight programs for top performers, and read endless leadership books (plus written two of my own). I’ve taught leadership workshops and master-level university project management. And I’ve talked with 1000’s of senior leaders and managers. 

In all my experience, there’s no one-size-fits-all leadership model for every individual or industry. Leadership is unique to each person and situation.

 Leadership is a skill that can be learned and adapted in a way that works for you, your team, and your culture.
