This is a comprehensive coaching program developed to achieve the desired result.   This process provides accountability, structure, checkpoints, and an efficient way to achieve the results you want. The program provides flexibility based on ongoing feedback.  The expected duration is 6-9 months.

Phase 1: Assessment and Analysis – Client input, feedback, and all possible data sources are analyzed and organized into meaningful and useful information to form the basis for setting goals.

Phase 2: Goal Setting and Planning –   After analysis is completed, a report is created on the findings and presented to client.   Specific targeted and measurable coaching goals will be identified that are in support of the larger coaching program goal.  The coaching goals will be approved by the sponsors.

Phase 3: Ongoing Coaching – Client will be coached on an ongoing basis throughout the engagement.  The majority of the coaching will take place on-site.. When it is mutually agreeable, phone or video conferencing coaching may occur.   Coaching will be scheduled at regular intervals, typically twice a month throughout the engagement. The typical coaching program equates to 12 hours of coaching spread out over 6-9 months, including the initial assessment review, the midpoint review, and final report-out.

Phase 4: Wrap-up – The coach will conduct a brief updates as needed, with interviewees involved in the assessment.  This is to gather information about progress and any additional feedback. Client will update the sponsor about their progress.  A final progress and status report and suggestions for continuing success will be created.

Optional Initial 360-Feedback Assessment as Part of Phase 1:  Interview questions will be provided by the coach and approved by client.  The coach will interview approximately 8-12 identified participants.  Interview candidates are managers, peers, and direct reports who can give useful, specific, and confidential feedback.   Each interview will be approximately 30 – 45 minutes. Our preference is to be able to conduct the interview on-site.

Additional Notes:

Special care is given to uphold the confidentiality between the coach and client, to preserve the integrity of the process, and to keep the sponsor informed of progress.  The coach is a certified professional coach who adheres to the ethics of the International Coaching Federation:  www.coachfederation.com

Access to the coach – Support will be available between coaching sessions in the form of brief phone calls, emails, and resources. A 24-hour response is guaranteed, and quicker response times are most typical.

The coaching cost is a program fee, not a per coaching call fee.  If an appointment must be changed, please give at least 24 hours notice.

Having a coach is a shared responsibility.  The client should “lead” the session. It’s important that the coach know what is needed and wanted, and to know what is working and not working in the coaching partnership. All Star Leadership coaches offer the value of being unconditionally constructive and also able to challenge the client. The coach will ask permission to be bold and forthright in the coaching process, and trusts that the client will speak up if they are not comfortable with that approach.
