About Me, Star Dargin

Before you ask, yes, Star is my real name. 

Now that that’s out of the way… let me tell you the story of why I’m here. 

I’m living proof that if you find a job you love, you’ll never work another day in your life.

Prior to founding Star Leadership 20+ years ago (I can’t believe it’s been that long), I served in a variety of roles including Director of Engineering, Project Manager, and International Program Manager. I’ve built a diverse resume across multiple industries and here’s what I’ve seen ring true time and time again… 

Leaders need more than intelligence and potential to succeed. They need tools and self-knowledge in order to be effective in growing their organizations and building teams.

I support experienced leaders by coaching them in the practical, tangible skills and techniques that efficiently guide you to grow your career, team, and organization.
